Problem
Users visiting small B&B websites often struggle with cluttered navigation, unclear room information, outdated layouts, and confusing booking processes
Research
I began the project with a competitive audit and persona research. My initial assumption was that users mainly needed room information, but research showed they also wanted clear pricing and visual confirmation during booking. After exploring demographics and psychographics, I discovered that simplicity, clarity, and trust were the most important factors for B&B guests.
